Exist: Journal,Vent,Community 17+

Knowing we’re all here for the same thing is what makes this app so beneficial. You get on other socials and you want to open up, but then you’re distracted or trolled, or other people are distracted away from what you’re trying to share. The community here is what it’s all about. We’re all letting things out, but we’re also lifting each other up. We’re staying on track, focused on our well being. It’s a safe space. And when you want to get something off your chest, but not sure how, there are prompts to get you there. Need a lift? There’s motivational audio. Need a breather, there are various guided meditations. Life’s a little tough to weather for a lot of people right now, and Exist is here to help navigate the storm together. Incredibly grateful for this app.

This app is REAL and has a soundscape or journal prompt for ANYTHING that life has thrown at you. From your gaslighting ex to burn out there is something for someone through any stage of their of life there in.

The community aspect is also wonderful. The fact that you can write a prompt and also record it and share it with the community is great for building connection with other people and sometimes we all need a little extra support.

I’ve tried a few mental health apps in the past and they were all very vanilla and only scraped the surface. This app is where it’s at!

I love the idea of a community of people able to share their experiences good and bad on a variety of topics! You can share with text or video. Daily prompts, checking in with yourself and your mood, a soundscape library, and a quote of the day to share, so many fun features. Great colors and graphics. I will definitely be checking in with myself through Exist will you? ✨
