Solid upgrade on the app

At first when the app came out, they had to work out the kinks, of course, but it really is ideal now this app because it's one stop shopping pretty much on the whole app. The only major fault is the response time when giving an order to the driver is only five minutesother than that I would have given it five stars and that's a big issue.

The app is constantly evolving - which is good. Those who started off with them know they’ve come a long way and we are proud of the progress they’ve made. My major gripe with them is the driver support. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone especially when you have account issues. You can just forget about getting any real resolution, assistance or even response. Just delete your account and move on. Been trying to reach them for two solid weeks now based on some weird restrictions that they placed on my account by accident and I’ve gotten ZERO help. It’s quite unfortunate cos I was a really huge fan and I always had good things to say about them. I even at some point sent EZcater an email asking them to assign dlivrd (and some other delivery partners) more orders cos of how human-centric they are. I’m sorely disappointed and gutted by this - I still bliv in them but this is a major flaw in their workflow. I hope they look into it but I’m moving on✌🏽

Since getting this newer app, I’ve been having all kinds of problems. The first day I had this app, I had an order scheduled from the previous app from the day before.. I decided to use this app to complete the order. When I got to the pick up and I finally got the items, I swiped to Mark picked up and somehow it also marked me as arrived to Delivery location way prematurely. Since then, I haven’t been getting any orders. I haven’t made any money and I’m actually really struggling now and it’s all because of the app marking me arrived and affecting my account. If that’s not what it is, then I’m really unsure because I was making a decent amount of money with good orders because I have a lot of bags and an excel cart but now I’m not getting anything. Very unfortunate and disappointing because I worked very hard and purchased a lot of stuff to work this job.

No more confusing double swipes—offers now come through with a simple swipe to accept or decline, and the Driver Portal is easy to access.
