No updates, unstable, doesn’t fit screen
I can’t figure out if this company is going under or if they just don’t care about their mobile app. It has been updated in over eight months and they have an even configured it to work on the newer larger iPhone screens. It looks like it’s still formatted for iPhone 5. No new functionality has been added and no improvements to OCR have been made.
This app is horrible
Can’t effectively link receipt images to credit card transactions that are fed into the app. Is actually more efficient to take a picture of your receipts with your phone and manually upload and attach them via the (also horrible) desktop web-version.
Amusingly, their app support link is a “404 not found” page on their site.
Crashes after 10 seconds 100% of the time.
Since the update in mid 2018 as soon as you login, just wait 10 seconds, press no keys, take no action, and watch it crash. Every time. No fix yet some five months later. Beyond useless, it’s a complete waste of time.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
