Verint® Experience Mobile™ provides EFM users with a powerful set of tools to quickly close the loop with customers and manage cases, anywhere, anytime.

Key Features:

- Case list: Quickly find cases that need your attention
- Case details: Investigate a case, view priority, re-assign, edit custom properties, and close cases
- Contact customers: Call or email the customer via built in collaboration tools
- Case comments: Add notes for you or others to review
- Case history: View the case history, including changes to its status, assignment, or other key changes
- View survey response: View survey response that triggered the case

To use the Experience Mobile app, you must be an existing EFM user with an EFM login. Please contact your EFM account manager for access.
