In this release we have fixed several bugs, including the following intermittent bugs:
- OTG Time and OTG Workflow were unable to launch from EA Pro
- A 401 error appeared after inputting server and environment details
Ratings and Reviews
Ineffective
This app won't stay online, forcing the user to reboot the app or "refresh" it almost every time one changes tasks. From the reviews, this appears to have been a known issue for years and they still haven't solved it. If you're looking at Aderant, pretend this app doesn't exist. I will admit it's GUI is good, but it's lack of functionality kills it.
Not sure what to think
When I open the app sometimes I get the login page but more often it’s a white screen. Once I was able to access the time entry options but I wasn’t allowed to add an entry and when I clicked on other icons the app froze. I could really use this but it just doesn’t seem to work.
