Half the time I can’t use the app as it doesn’t load. When it works, it is great, but that is only about half the times I try to use it.

Frequently errors out while using. Otherwise easy to navigate. Just wish it wouldn’t error out each time I’m using.

When logging in I received a message that the system is not working and to try again later. I tried again later and then again after that and I get the same message.

The app is not dependable when submission or claims. Many times I am not able to submit a claim when clicking on “submit a claim”, I am not able to review pending claims nor processed claims consistently Please fix

Most of the time I can open the claims list, but when I click on a claim to review, the screen goes blank and it just spools until it times out.
