This is the official app for EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
You can check the venue map, information of pavilions and events, latest announcements and more.
EXPO 2025 Visitors provides following services related to EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
・Venue map
- A map of the Yumeshima venue can be viewed on your device.
- You can also select pavilions and other facilities of interest within the venue and check individual detailed information.
・Pavilion information
- Various information regarding pavilions in the venue, including Official Pavilions, Signature Pavilions, Company Pavilions and so on can be viewed.
- Details such as theme, concept, appearance of pavilions, and overview of exhibitions are displayed.
- You can reserve pavilion visits by proceeding to EXPO2025 digital ticket website.
- You can proceed to the Virtual Pavilion in Virtual EXPO (launching in April 2025) from each pavilion page.
・Event information
- Various information regarding events in the venue can be viewed.
- Details such as event overview, performers, location, and date and time are displayed.
- You can reserve events by proceeding to EXPO2025 digital ticket website.
- You can proceed to the Virtual Event venue in Virtual EXPO (launching in April 2025) from each event page.
・Food & Drink information
- Various information regarding food establishments in the venue can be viewed.
- Details such as shop overview, menu and opening hours are displayed.
・Merchandise & Shops information
- Various information regarding shops in the venue can be viewed.
- Details such as shop overview, available merchandises and opening hours are displayed.
・Others
- Information on Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan related apps and websites are provided. Also, users can easily proceed to EXPO2025 digital ticket website where reservation status can be checked, and the Expo ID management website, which enables you to use related services more conveniently, via EXPO 2025 Visitors App.

Display in Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and French are now available. In addition to previous support of Japanese and English, we now support a total of 6 languages.

I don’t usually rate apps, but this one has been a source of frustration for the last week. No idea how it functions at the Expo but leading up to it this is your gateway to jumping through all the hoops of reservations and lotteries. The good news (for fans of English) is its in English. The bad news is it’s a buggy crashy mess with vestigial routes leading to dead ends.
In order to accomplish anything successfully I routinely require using two devices in parallel (at minimum you’ll want one dedicated to the instruction manual first time through… yes, an app with an instruction manual). Also, if you’re going with a group you should install it (and save passwords) on all members’ devices just in case yours decides to get into a crashing loop.
Cannot rate this low enough.

The app is an indicator of the overall Expo experience!
The app UI/UX is terrible and confusing. Also, once you actually get tickets and link them through the app, you are in a constant cycle of trying to log in with 2 factor authentication via email every time.

The Expo itself is a mess as well. It’s like the organizers couldn’t do basic math. It shouldn’t take 3+ hours to simply get in the gates. Not to mention waiting in a multi hour line to get into a food pavilion, where there are… you guessed it… more lines!
Bad system, Bad app.
This app does not allow access to view your tickets or the reservation system. Links to the tickets, take you to an external site where you wait in line for access.
The reservation system is too complex, difficult to use/navigate, and has made us regret planning a trip to this event.
The map functionality seems cool, but haven’t had a chance to use it.
