We have used Exposure for years and we love everything about it! We host 35-40 tournaments a year. I was reading a couple reviews and one said scores were backwards…umm that’s a user error not an app error, you enter you own scores the app it self did not do that! I had to clarify that because the amount of functions they have available to the director that is putting on the event are endless and some are straight brilliant. It has taken 4 years to maximize everything this app has to offer and I still am able to implement more features! I will say that I kinda agree with some reviews when it was related to the customer service, it’s like pulling teeth to get someone to get back you. That isn’t always the case but it is often. Mainly because I’m trying to implement what I’m working on in that moment and when you can not reach a live person it does become frustrating. They do have a area that answers a lot of the questions but it is sometimes harder to understand rather than being able to reach someone that can guide you through the process. So that’s the only thing I wish they could improve on but I won’t deduct a star because of that I’d say they are definitely 4.5 out of 5. As for the app it self it is brilliant!! One of these days I’d love to maximize its full potential! Thank you Empire

Revising my review after Developer’s response as they explained how to use a notification feature I was not aware of & explained why some tournaments do not appear by state search due to event organizer not putting the tournaments location. I received their response on day of a tournament and the app’s notification worked flawlessly. 3 stars up to a 5 star review.The only thing I wish is that the app itself could save my search result - being able to view the tournament &/or team’s schedule / results without having to search for it each time....maybe you can and I’m just not aware of how to do it? Anyhow, a good app, gets the job done.Thank you.

I have used this app a number of years to view schedules but this is the first time I have actually used it to schedule games for a tournament. I was confused about marketing and scheduling credits and used the chat function to get clarity. Whoever was responsible for the chat this day was absolutely horrible - used all caps to relay the message, ended the chat numerous time ls without resolution and overall customer service lacked horribly. There should also be a phone number as a contact.

This app is terrible. Every time you leave the app, you have to search for your event. The navigation is not intuitive. No where near as simple and easy to use as Tourney App. I go to a lot of tournaments as I have three kids in competitive basketball. All of the other apps for tournaments work better. A simple ability to have the favorite functionality actually work would be helpful. Plus the developers act like immature kids in their responses to feedback.

Having used many tournament apps this blows my mind in its communication content timeliness of information delivery and accuracy. Easy to maneuver through Good looking and swank. Thank you!!

The exposure events app is horrible. Can’t find the tourney you look for, even if you have the exact name. If you go the the web version, you can find it after a lot of work. Then viewing standings is not a great look, very sloppy looking. Notifications don’t work. Tourney machine works perfectly but must cost more for the leagues and tourney that exposure, because that would be the only reason to use it.
