Express Oil Change VIP 4+

So signed up, it found my current & previous vehicles by the Vehicle ID located on my current vehicle. Good. Click on current vehicle, I can see my vehicle service history. Good. Out beside each service, it assigns points for each service I’ve had, current & past vehicles. Good. However, this is no way correlates with the number of points it says I have in my account, no matter how I figure it. Points for last oil change at EOC equal 500 pts, 3months ago. The prior time I had it done at EOC was 8months prior, for 350points. Even if they expire in say, a year, the numbers still do not match. It says I have 650, need 1000 before I get.....something. No idea what, there is zero info re:how they are earned, how often or how much is needed for a reward, or what the possible rewards are. The button for “tires” is supposed to tell you what tires your vehicle needs & cost for them? Also does nothing, just get blank screen. The button for “services” is also useless. It provides a description of what “wiper blades, a/c service, oil changes,” etc are (duh) and how often they want you to do it. Doesn’t even give pricing. Only use is service record, that I see. Please give us SOME benefit, EOC!!!

Upon creating my account, app asks me to choose from several vehicles I've had serviced at EOC as primary. Duplicate entries in the list. Can't get past this step, getting various cryptic "can't add at this time" and "vehicle belongs to another account" errors. Experience at my local EOC is great, experience with this app not so much.

Dan with Express Oil Change on Quintard Ave., in Oxford, AL provided us with great service. His knowledge about all services for our car was spot on and yet he was not overbearing . He made us aware of what might be needed and all services offered and then he respectfully allowed us to make the best decision. His attitude with his customers and his employees is to be commended. So refreshing in today’s world to feel welcomed at a business, confident in the work performed, and fully appreciated. We will be recommending Dan and his crew!
