I LOVE THIS NEW APP BUT!!!!!!

I have been using this app about 4-5yrs now and I must admit that I am happy about it until lately when the new GUI was introduced. It started right before I upgraded my iPhone to 11th, and problem persist even after upgrading.
It takes me to the old GUI front page mostly when I open the app. Once in a while the new GUI will pop up but for the most part I am not able to logon using the old gui system when I does happen. This has created login issues and actually creating problems when I get to the rail booths especially E-rail where they have to log me in manually during busy periods.
I need help.
Pls fix it. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Wants me to bt in and lot location update for Kansas City

If I bring a load in, the app wants me to complete a bobtail in to pu a ld or an mty container. Which means I would have to leave the facility, and re-enter. I have to close the app, log back in, and restart it. This is a newer issue.
The newly added lot in KCMO, was formerly known as the TCS lot. Now it is called the “A” lot. When you need to drop your lot at a different location than where you were directed to it does not have the option to change it to the “A” lot. It lists the other lots here in Kansas City, but needs to be updated.

Banner doesn’t go away

When completing a drop at the terminal the banner that reads ‘drop off completed’ stays on the screen. If I have a pick up, I can’t use the app because the banners stay on the screen and you can’t fill in the pick up info. So you have to go to the out gate and manually input everything. You can fix it by uninstalling and installing the app. That works for maybe a day and you have to uninstall and install again. When the app works, it’s great.
