The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
To use the Extraco eBank App, you must be enrolled as an Extraco Banks Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

WORST BANK IN THE HISTORY OF BANKING!!!
I’ve never had so many problems with a Bank ever in my life. From the beginning: we opened a business account with Extraco and the Copperas Cove bank manager wrote the wrong account number on my card, so when we tried to transfer money into, it continued to bounce, delaying our funds. By the time I figured it out, it had ruined all of our finances. Also, they have the oldest, slowest ATMs. They have no overdraft program that helps at all and they have a ton of hidden account fees for all kinds of crap. Furthermore, a different business messed up an order we made and charged us 6 times for the same expensive order, so our account overdrafted. The bank manager I spoke to would not return all of the fees, they were compounding, for something that was not our (the customer’s) fault. They really want to take as much hard-earned money from you that they can. So where is all that surplus fee money going they make off us? They should update their ATM’s with all the crap fees they charge. If they haven’t jacked you yet, they will! Just wait... Find another bank before it’s too late!
I have now been using mobile banking for over a year. It has saved me time and gas as I live 20 miles from the nearest bank. Now I can deposit a check as soon as I get it instead of waiting “until the next time I was going to town” or having to make a special trip into town to make a deposit. The check writers also appreciate the quick return on their checks. It is a win-win situation. It has been quick, convenient, and safe.
Mobile deposit is Excellent!
I normally use the mobile app to check bank balances and to transfer funds. It always works perfectly like I expect it to. Recently I needed to deposit a check that was made out to me. I used the mobile deposit feature inside the app. It was Excellent. It was easy and quick. No need to go to the bank or an Extraco ATM to make this deposit! Extraco’s mobile banking is the best!
