The camera quality is okay. Not as clear as it should be and sometimes it doesn’t come through clear and it’s fuzzy. The lighting is off I want to talk amorous almost every other day. And he independent contractor who installed the cameras has been slow to respond to our concerns of the camera, siding is family had Covid and he was in quarantine, but he never followed up to address the concerns and replace the camera. Then provide instructions on how to utilize the app, didn’t provide any instruction booklets or or direct us to the website for the instructions.

Try as I may, I can’t get pics or videos to “save” to the app’s designated folder. This feature works or other devices’ apps, so I know it isn’t a case of the infamous “Apple” lock out features. I’ve even looked at my “Photo” apps, thinking it may end up there for some reason. Nope. Even tried on multiple Apple devices, thinking there was an issue w/ my phone. Again, nope.

This is a pretty small, but also important feature for sake of competitive relevance. And from what can tell, it doesn’t work.

I’ve installed a handful of nelly security products. App is mediocre at best. Cannot change time from app even though the option is available. Connection does drop frequently when using playback option in app as well. Get a solid app and you will have a solid product. Customers want to see the app perform flawlessly, think of it as guest perception when you go into a restaurant. This app represents your product and it fails in a lot of little ways which is why this is a 3 star app.
