RELISH ALWAYS TAKES CARE OF YOU!🙌

I have never left a review for an app before. I just started working at a company that uses this service and it has been fantastic. That being said. Whenever there is any issue or opportunity that may come up with middle managing hundreds of to-go orders daily, Relish ALWAYS comes through and takes care of you. They make sure you’ve got food if a busy restaurant needs to cancel an order at the last minute. Any time you may dislike something they follow up and take necessary steps to make that right as well. THANK YOU RELISH!

I have never left a review for an app before. I just started working at a company that uses this service and it has been fantastic. That being said. Whenever there is any issue or opportunity that may come up with middle managing hundreds of to-go orders daily, Relish ALWAYS comes through and takes care of you. They make sure you’ve got food if a busy restaurant needs to cancel an order at the last minute. Any time you may dislike something they follow up and take necessary steps to make that right as well. Burger and barbecue guy
I don’t understand how you do the line up for food venders. You will have ethnic foods for all three options on one day and regular or American food all on one day. I like simple food so why not have options that will fit different people on everyday. So if you ask why I don’t order on certain days its because there is no option for me.

Lunch has become much worse with Relish

Update: the customer team replied and blamed our plan administrator. Of course they are right in a sense, but the plan administrator says that Relish’s sales reps recommended the levels of subsidy that were set so ultimately Relish’s recommendation is what led to the poor decision. 1 starI work at a company that used to bring in large amounts of catering platters once a week until a Relish Vendor reached out. They sold our company on the idea of Relish and also made the recommendation to cap Lunch at $17 per person. In the city like San Francisco this means almost everything on most menus is no longer provided free lunch has now become subsidized lunch. The company save some money,Relish earned a bunch, and we just have worse lunches. Big thanks to the relish rep who made this possible.🙄

While Relish provides an ETA on when your meal will be delivered, they’ll wait until 10 minutes AFTER the scheduled delivery time has elapsed. If you work in a job where you can change your lunch time at your own discretion, this probably isn’t a big deal. But if not, have fun being hungry during your lunch.Some feedback for the company, since I can’t seem to do so through the app, PLEASE let us know earlier if the food isn’t even on its way BEFORE the scheduled delivery time. At least this way I can communicate with my team to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the late delivery.
