Description
Managing and spending your stack of gift cards is a pain but EZGiftCard will simplify every step of your gift card experience.
Here is how:
- When you get a gift card, simply use your iphone’s camera to quickly upload your gift card to the EZGiftCard app
- Then put the physical plastic gift card in a safe place and forget about it. Forget about it? Yup!
- Don’t worry! EZGiftCard will remind you to spend them. Whether you walk into your favorite store or checking out online, EZGiftCard will notify you about your gift cards that can be redeemed.
- Then simply scan the app generated barcode in-store or select the gift card you want to use from the EZGiftCard browser extension and click apply. Voila! Gift Cards Redeemed!
This app uses background location to remind our users, when they walk into a merchant's physical store, of gift cards that can be used there.

Actually use the gift cards sitting in your drawer!
Finally, an easy to use gift card wallet! Instead of punching in all the numbers, just point your phone camera at the card, and the app does it for you. So I uploaded my pile of gift cards from my drawer. The other day I was in Target, and the app reminded me that I had 2 gift cards for Target. Seriously, I had those gift cards for almost a year, sitting unused in my drawer.
Very helpful; cool features
I don’t have as many gift cards as some people ... but this as still solves the hassle of keeping them all, remembering them, etc.
The location based reminder is very cool (I always forget!).
