EZSmiles is designed to help childcare centers, schools, and camps communicate instantly and keep parents up to date about their child's day. Using EZSmiles, parents receive pictures, announcements, schedule changes, notes, and reminders from their child’s teacher, camp counselor or administrators.

EZSmiles 2021.02 brings three improvements to Contactless Check-In/Out:
• We've removed the "Undo" button from the parent Check-in/Out screen to prevent parents from checking children in and then removing the check-in by mistake.
• New in-app messaging will display when Check-in/Out information is saved and viewable on all devices.
• The message to parents outside of a center’s geo-fence now will provide information on how close they need to be to that center to use Contactless Check-in. This message will display in English or Spanish, based on the parents’ preferences.
Ratings and Reviews
Cropped photos and EZSmiles watermark on photos
It’s quite frustrating to take nice photos of the children in our care and to have those photos altered without permission in the app. My program just started using this app and the photos that we want to send parents are ruined by automatic cropping that you cannot adjust at all. And, even worse- an EZSmiles watermark gets put on the photo?! Is this implying that we do not have ownership over the photos? Also, what parent would want to have that branding on a photo of their child? Considering we would primarily be using the app to send photos, I wouldn’t be surprised if we end up just continuing to email photos to parents instead, which makes the app feel like a waste of an investment.
Check in doesn’t work
Not very helpful that I can’t check my child in or out. Most parents at the preschool can’t seem to get it to work.
Frustrating!!
When I’m at work. I want to know what my little one is up to, however, I haven’t got an update on my child over a week. Until today, but it was a picture for the other day. So things that are getting updated is not recent! It’s frustrating because all I want to do is look at my little one and know what he’s doing. Idk if it’s because of my new iPhone (I read a review saying new iPhones have problems). Either way, I need to see what my little one is doing in daycare..

T.Walker93 - Thanks for leaving your feedback. I would suggest reaching out to your child's center to inquire about this situation. EZSmiles delivers the content (photos/videos) but does not create it. We're unaware of any issues with EZSmiles and compatibility with this year's devices.
