I appreciate the updates but would like Face Recognition because my iPhone XS doesn’t have fingerprint recognition.
The amount of times I’ve had to call to change my password is very inconvenient. I have Face ID turned on, it’s my face.. how would someone break into it? Getting one answer wrong on the security questions means you have to go through the process of calling FNB waiting forever and then changing your password again. A simple “forgot my password” email would make the app 5 stars. I understand trying to protect the safety of the account but sometimes the process of getting into your own account is a hassle.
Wish I could give negative stars!
I have had problems with this app ever since I started using it. I have even uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It generally does not except my password, and requires that I call their number and reset it. I have no problem getting in on the full web app it is only in the mobile app that I have any issues. I have numerous banking apps, and have never had more trouble in my life! It is enough to make me want to refinance my loan somewhere else. So disappointed! So much time wasted!
