  • Terrible Customer Service and No Response on Cancellation

    I have contacted this company multiple times regarding the cancellation of my subscription, yet I have received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Despite my repeated efforts, I still have not heard anything about my cancellation, and I continue to waste money every week. This experience falls far below the standard of service I expected, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before dealing with this company.

  • From fantastic to terrible

    The app used to be great! This was a daily app for me, until it started randomly deleting all my saved readings. I logged out and back in to find that only fictional books existed in the app. Prior, I was using it for nonfiction. Waste of a 1 year subscription 😓

    Hey Nikole, head to your Profile and hit the Settings button in the top-right corner. Scroll down a bit to find "Content Type." Click it, switch it to "Book Summaries," and you’re all set. Sorry you ran into this issue—we’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again.

  • Great for those who don’t read, but want to learn

    This app gives me a summary of all the books I want to read but don’t have the time. It gives me the highlights of topics that interest me from , at least so far, appears to be objective. I recommend it.
