Bait and switch

Loved the app and it worked fine for about a month. The annual subscription allowed me to create snd view all videos. Now i have pay to view videos even though i bought a subscription. No where did it say that after a while you have to buy credits to view your creations

Total scam

Why would you pay for the video separately when you actually have subscription that’s exactly what happened in the beginning they ask you to subscribe for the membership then again you have to pay for video. Ok that’s fine I would pay for it. now I bought some credits but I never got any credit even I pay for it a lot of problem with this app. I have contacted Support and there was no reply whatsoever. Apple was kind enough to refund me the money that I spent. I saw somebody actually replying on each of the review that was posted I think whoever doing it is a bot I’m sure nobody got any reply from the Support.

Daily limit and my lighting points aren’t showing up

Hello I wrote a email to support and have not recieved a response yet, I would like you to know that I’m now getting a message saying I’ve reached my daily limit what is this and how long does it last and I purchased lightning points to use for enhancement of the videos I’m making but there not showing up and I don’t want to pay for something I’m not using please reply back ASAP please
