Extra billing beware

The app works fine but I purchased a subscription only worked for a few days now I have to buy credits to view videos this was not mentioned at purchase what a rip

You pay for the service and it doesn’t work

Hello, I started using this app and I liked it until I started paying for the tokens! After I bought 50 tokens then use that I decided to buy the infinite/5000 tokens for $100, and I even subscribe to the $40 a year. After doing all of that! it’s like the account/app I’m using doesn’t even register that I bought a tokens or have a subscription. So you’re telling me that this app/developer company just took $160 from me and I cannot use the app? I’m very very mad and I’m going to dispute it on my card unless I get an answer back from support that I emailed today or someone responded to this review.

Total scam

Why would you pay for the video separately when you actually have subscription that’s exactly what happened in the beginning they ask you to subscribe for the membership then again you have to pay for video. Ok that’s fine I would pay for it. now I bought some credits but I never got any credit even I pay for it a lot of problem with this app. I have contacted Support and there was no reply whatsoever. Apple was kind enough to refund me the money that I spent. I saw somebody actually replying on each of the review that was posted I think whoever doing it is a bot I’m sure nobody got any reply from the Support.
