Needs work!

I love having an outlet for my small business that’s not on Etsy. Much of the features are useful but it needs quite a bit of work. First, I wish I could post both a picture & a video at the same time. I like to showcase my items in still photos & a video. But currently, you cannot post both at the same time. It’s annoying and doesn’t allow me to display my items. Second, I cannot tag my clients in my posts. I would love to be able to tag a client in a post when I’m showcasing their custom item. Third, PLEASE STOP making recommendations in messenger. QUIT asking if I want to “book an appointment” or telling me “orders now get reported in ads manager”. These stupid boxes pop up in random private messages & it WILL NOT GO AWAY! They’re annoying and when I click “Not now” the box disappears but then comes right back when I enter back into that private message. Please make it stop! I’m sure there’s more feedback I could give, but this would be a great start! Thank you! 🤩

Too redundant

First of all, there are four of us who post on our professional account and we only use this app during most of the spring. Secondly, not only did you change the name of the app, you also changed the icon making all of us have to go find it on our instruments. As if that wasn’t enough, you pretty much redesigned the whole app making us all go through a learning curve a second year in a row! Lastly, Facebook should be required to explain how all four of us recorded the same password for this app in separate places and are now being forced to reconfigure the password again remotely through an email we all share. When it’s all said and done, you won’t even send us the email! While we all believe in progress and growth, we also believe Facebook has completely ruined the former “Pages” app and Facebook and Instagram are pretty much being run by immature and unprofessional people. Yeah, we said it, but we all still believe it. Because of this, we have voted to just scale back our use of Facebook brands of social networking until Facebook decides their subscribers come first, it’s not nice to force their constant changes on us all and any real professionalism becomes more constant. Until then, it’s back to Hootsuite we go. At least we’re assured to be productive EVERY TIME we wish to post something on our social networking.

This app is not very user friendly. It won’t even show tabs that we’ve created in the past. It’s junk and we only to use it as a last resort.

A ton of bugs!

There are several bugs with this app. It’s not even a functioning app anymore. It used to run great before they changed their name from Facebook pages to business suite. Ever since day light savings change, they have been sending reminders to my clients one hour off from their actual appointment times (you can see how this is bad for business). Also, you can not edit appointment times easily anymore. The pop up box to edit is over top of other buttons on the screen that makes it very difficult. My customers no longer get an appointment confirmation after I confirm their booking, when clients request a book now appointment. So to the client it is as if their appointment is not confirmed. Clients don’t get confirmation when I manually add an appointment either. This app just keeps going down hill. It started out with a few thing once they changed to business suite and it keeps getting worse and worse. I appreciate this app for my business, it really is a great feature to business FB pages, I hope they can start making improvements. At this point even just going back to how it used to be would be awesome.
Edit: yike! This app keeps getting worse! Now I am getting appointments request and it does not notify me, nor does it let me message the client after approving the appointment. PLEASE PLEASE, get this 🙏🏻. Customers don’t understand when we don’t get back to them. I have zero way to contact my client because of this.
