Facebook 12+

I recently had posted an item for sale that they said was against the rules , an I could lose my right to sell any item on there. I didn’t agree they should block it so I asked to have it reposted. The response was they would get back to me with a decision. I’m pretty sure I was supposed to hear back from them within 24 hours. I Patiently waited 3days no response. I started clicking on it no news/ just more of same thing about my item if I didn’t delete it, I’d get kicked off. An I still don’t know why I couldn’t sell it. It is a Vietnam wooden ammunition box has handles. It does say on it. Return to box control. So I kept asking myself what did I do against their policy. The only thing I could come up with was the return to box control. Do they think it was stolen or because it was an ammunition box or both which I’m sure it wasn’t stolen and I listed it for that Vietnam war veteran that would like to have it. How do I make Facebook marketplace? Tell me the reason and why can’t I list it? I need to know for future references because I have similar other items. I’ve gone over the rules what you can and can’t do and I’ve seen clever ways people get around it shouldn’t be like that anyway. Sincerely, April Rose.

💜💜💜💜💜I have been on Facebook for a long time and although I like OLD FACEBOOK better…I still enjoy using this over other platforms…Old FB showed you ALL the Posts of whoever you FRIENDED & showed you every comment in a post…which is what I wanted….NEW FB doesn’t show me my friends posts…I have to search for it AND when I comment under a post because I am not an important person My comment does NOT get seen…so I am pretty much invisible….I hate most of the advertisements except the pages I follow….I have to scroll through a lot of things I don’t care about….but IF I DO like a page; for example: I like journals & stationary then I love getting post with their newest products…..I feel like you took AWAY my choice and try to make choices for me based on algorithms….REGARDLESS….I am grateful that I can stay connected with my niece who lives in another state with messages & photos….
*** the only suggestion of a feature would be a by DATE search bar on my own page where I could for example look up Christmas from 10 years ago AND see every post I made on that day & every posts others made…I like the MEMORY FEATURE but I want to look up any day at any time….I understand it is s about making money but I truly miss old FB.

It would be made better for me if
1) I could sort in market place, those things I have not read to the top of the list on that page.
2) stop adding to my inbox by making a fake question that says: “are you still interested”. It appears in bold, as if you have a new message from the seller… but in reality it’s just to misguild you and make an unread message by Facebook putting their nose in my business. I have the ability on my own to follow-up and inquire if I’m still interested or not. From a seller perspective, they should understand that I’m not interested enough to purchase at that point in time. And, it would be socially awekward to interrupt my day with such obviousness. But low and behold Facebook doesn’t care so they go ahead and add another 1-2 automated questions to each item I inquire about. Stop doing this it’s rude.
3) I have no other complaints other than selling micro organisms is no more selling animals than the lady down the street who sold a dump truck load of “dirt” filled with micro organisms…. Which is “fine” since they are sold as dirt…. But tell people all the animals you get in that pile and they take down your post! 🤦🏻‍♂️💡👌
