Face Yoga

I signed up to try the Face Yoga App. I didn’t think I would see much of a difference, but in the last couple of months I can honestly say that I actually see a refreshing change in the appearance of my face and neck. I usually do the exercises to reduce chubby cheeks, firm my jawline & fine lines. On days that I’ve missed doing the exercises I think I can notice a difference. I do my Face Yoga after I wash my face before I apply my makeup for the day in the morning. I have even found myself doing some of the exercises when I’m driving or sitting in traffic or waiting in line somewhere. The exercises are easy, relaxing & quite enjoyable!
I would refer anyone considering trying this app to try it out for a week to 10 days at least & see what they think. It’s a nice little break from the daily chaos in our lives. 😊

Results quickly

If you are committed, you will likely feel “fresh-faced” and see results very quickly. I saw results inside the first week with about 30 mins a day using this app. Now I’m about a month in, and my face appears more awake and skin more youthful/ perky-looking, even after nights of little sleep. It’s worth waking up a little earlier than normal or giving up some time at night before bed. A huge bonus is that my pretty regular headaches and episodic migraines have been almost completely relieved. I highly recommend this app.

I didn’t read the full description of the app before I downloaded it. It is not a free app. You open it, answer some survey questions about your face, they ask for a photo for data (you can accept or deny it), it creates your exercise plan, then a pop-up comes on the screen to start a “three day free trail” or you can fully purchase the app (I do not do free trails anymore with apps so I didn’t try to see if it will bill me after the third day). After the pop-up, you cannot do anything except buy it or delete the app. This app has nothing you can do for free. It is simply an advertisement to entice you to download it. The app might work great, but I can’t tell without any free in-app activities to try. If I could do anything in-app besides a survey, I might consider purchasing it. Until then, it’s deleted. To conclude, don’t waste your time downloading unless you're willing to purchase!
