I really needed an app like this for a funny birthday face swap photo and I saw the UI on this app I was really excited! There was difficulty at first getting the image I want so I said dang it I’ll just buy a week subscription. So, I try again, after 7 minutes go buy, the image doesn’t finish downloading. I try again and again and again, 30+ minutes go by waiting for the image to finish doing whatever it’s doing but it never does. It never finished. I never get the image and I’m upset now because I just spent money on your subscription thinking I’ll be able to get the image I wanted/ be able to use your functionality. A few days go by (today) and I thought I’d try again with a different photo. When I got to complete it, the app now says I don’t own the subscription. I check the apple setting under subscriptions and I still have a day left. So now i was truly robbed from money. Both what the app promised and my subscription not even being accessible.

I’m sorry to say this, but after giving this app multiple tries, I’m really disappointed. I’ve done my best to enjoy it, but there are too many limitations. You can’t choose your own hair color, eye color, or face shape. You’re stuck with whatever the models look like—dark eyes that appear lifeless, preset bone structures, and limited hairstyles that don’t reflect real variety.As a blonde with fuller hair, I’ve found the options especially frustrating. Most models have thin, limp hair, and no matter how many different photos I’ve tried (including unfiltered, natural ones), the results look nothing like me.I’ve contacted customer service several times about this issue. They did offer me a free video face swap, but unfortunately, that was just as disappointing.Honestly, if you already have dark hair and dark eyes, the app might work better for you—but even then, the facial structure will likely be off.I’ve used other similar apps in the past that delivered much better, more personalized results. I really had high hopes for this one, but sadly, it’s been a letdown. Right now, I just feel like I wasted my money.If improvements are made in the future—allowing for more customization and accuracy—I might reconsider. But as it stands, I can’t recommend it. Just being honest.

This app is incredible! I've tried others, but the quality here is unmatched. It's packed with options, making it a blast for art lovers. The app is user-friendly and extremely powerful. Once you try it, you won't want to go without it.

App design doesn’t specify that there are multiple charges for different features within the app. I used one thing was offered a trial and I accepted. Tried to do a second edit, was prompted with a screen from the App Store that appeared to be identical to the first charge. So I accidentally repurchased thinking that the original purchase did not go through. It was charged a second time. The overall results from using the apps were mediocre at best.

There is a reason so many people complain about the process and resources of this app. They do not disclose, up front and in a simple way, how limited the app is at each price point. It’s dishonest. I paid to find out they only do 15 second videos. You’ll see them apologizing to bad ratings but never doing anything about it. Don’t waste your time. Any app that hides their services until you buy them is already a red flag.

Someone from support needs to fix this issue. I don’t want to lose things I have saved in the app otherwise I’d reinstall. I expect support to remedy this situation by an app update that correctly recognizes customer’s subscriptions without wanting more money when it isn’t necessary.I’ve reached out to this developer three times now with absolutely zero response.
