Description
FairCloud mobile applications allows hotel staff to view In house guests, Check outs, expected check ins and reservation details. Hotel employees are allowed to check in guests, assign or change guest rooms and check out guests. Hotel stats is also available to view via the mobile platform. Employees can also check the current and future inventory from the mobile application. For training or questions please call FairCloud support line or your account manager.

Works Great with built in channel manager
I tried the updated version. Works well, this app is intended for FairCloud PMS users. I can preform all of the functions I need as a hotel owner on this app.
Nothing Works
After this “upgrade”, guests can no longer be checked out, reservations can’t be checked in, daily downloads hangs. Hotel stats are inaccurate. The list goes on with the issues. TBH, the front end issues, need to be addressed first. My advice, don’t bother downloading the app.
