How It Works
1. Set Up on Your Wrist: Select your distance and lane directly on your Apple Watch.
2. Wait for the Signal: Choose between Open Sprint or Signal Sprint, wait for the cue, and go.
3. Analyze on Your Phone: Check your iPhone for a full breakdown of your steps detected, peak force, and customized coaching tips.
Note to Users: Because this app relies on high-frequency wrist-based motion data to calculate stride symmetry, contact time, and velocity, it will not function as a standalone iPhone app. Strap on your Apple Watch and get to the starting line!
