This is great for both the patient and family members but also benefits the medical team. With patient satisfaction so low with the country’s healthcare system…. this helps patients family members to communicate with the healthcare team getting update to date information on their loved ones.
This eliminated my stress for waiting for my daughter during surgery. I wish I had this when I was practicing as a nurse!!!
