• With FamilyPlug, Video messages are sent and AUTOMATICALLY played on the receiver device, allowing patients to remain connected in real time with their network

WHEN

• Incoming messages are played on PRE-SELECTED hours only in order to protect the patients from undesired noises during resting hours

• Incoming messages are immediately DELETED as to preserve the sender’s privacy and protect your words of support

• Download the App and create yours/his/her account
• Connect with the patient
• Set his/her phone on a docking station and open the App
• Set playing and audio preferences
• Support his/her recovery with your words
