A digital guided coaching program for families to help parents help their kids understand and regulate their emotions, develop flexible thinking skills, learn and practice tools to calm their anxiety, and develop a growth mindset. This program is designed for parents to complete the sessions together with their kids by focusing on one new concept each day in a micro format, with only about a 10 minute daily commitment. You and your child will engage in one activity, then be given a daily challenge to practice the new concept or skill with parent guidance The concepts are designed as a foundation and each day’s activity builds on top of the last to increase retention. All of the concepts, vocabulary, and exercises are introduced in bite size pieces, then revisited multiple times throughout subsequent sessions. Each concept is sequential, so one new concept is unlocked every 2 - 3 days. This keeps the concepts at the forefront of your child’s mind and memory and allows them to practice each skill multiple times before moving on. It is recommended to complete 3 activities per week, with a break a couple of days each week in order to allow time to process their new knowledge and skills.
Once content is unlocked, you have the option to go back and review your favorite or most needed concepts as many times as you'd like.
Also included in the app is a section specifically for parents, full of resources, ideas, and support.
If your child is already in counseling or therapy, this program is a great addition that can easily complement the therapeutic process.
If your child is struggling with self-regulation, this program is a great way to help your child develop knowledge & skills in the areas of emotional regulation, flexible thinking, strategies to reduce anxiety, and develop a growth mindset that will last a lifetime!

The download of FamilyThrive365 is free of charge. Should you use FamilyThrive365 to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
