Be careful of this app

I’m changing my rating to 5 stars so people can read and know NEVER SPEND A DIME HERE
This app is and its help center do not provide support for you if you make a withdrawal it will take them DAYS to approve the funds coming back to your account. They do not answer emails and falsely claim they have 24/7 day a week support through chat. By far this is the worst betting app I have quite honestly used. Frankly I’m shocked at the lack of communication and overall ability to speak to anyone. Automated responses DO NOT qualify as 24 hour support. Stacy is not a real person or must never reply to emails. For the sake of all that is holly do not use this app. They should remove it this is the 4 th day of me not getting my withdrawal. No clear response and as a number of people have stated it takes days for them to respond. Also it is true they will lock your account with YOUR money still on the account.

Awful Customer Service

My account got suspended on November 15th for “using a debit card already on file with another account”. The card in question is my debit card with my name attached to it. I figured yeah maybe since I withdrew and deposited so close together to take advantage of a deposit bonus that I may have confused the system and I’ll get it fixed quickly. November 18th I receive an email on the steps to take to take to get the account back. It’s now November 29th and I haven’t received any further information on what’s going on. So, the only information I’ve received is a generic email stating the steps to take to get the issue fixed with no further updates. I would potentially understand the situation if I wasn’t familiar with other sportsbooks. For example, I had a similar issue with Caesar’s Sportsbook. It took them hours to fix the issue and I received multiple emails from them guiding me through the process and ensuring the proper steps were taken. The only communication you can have with customer support for fanatics is a chat bot that continually loops stating the same phrases and providing no additional help from there. I liked using Fanatics, it has great rewards, but with the complete lack of customer service when/if this is resolved I plan to withdraw my money and take it elsewhere.

shoutout to fanatics for ruining a good sportsbook AND having the absolute worst customer service :) apparently there is no way to link my previously existing fanatics/fancash+ account under a different email with the sportsbook account which uses a different email because i was forced to migrate from pointsbet, so i can’t consolidate my fancash balances. i’ve contacted support like 8 times about it and every time they tell me “oh yeah we can do that” and then don’t do it. as if it hadn’t been terrible enough on its own, some recent update made it so that every time i try to access it on home wifi (even with icloud private relay off AND private IP off AND tracking enabled) it says “can’t use a VPN to access the app, contact customer support if you believe you’ve reached this message in error” except you can’t even contact support because it won’t let you into the app… personally i think i should at least be able to view my account or make a withdrawal and contact support instead of being fully locked out of everything, but okay. odds are almost always worse than every other sportsbook, “promos” are garbage (especially compared to pointsbet), markets are limited, app is a disaster to navigate, and god forbid you need something resolved by their useless customer service.
