Extremely satisfied customer.

I normally don’t leave reviews but felt like I needed to in this case. Before I downloaded fanatics Sportsbook I was reading reviews in the App Store, most of which were very negative. Lots of complaining about bugs, unfair promos, getting locked out of account, slow withdrawals. I don’t know why but I went ahead and downloaded anyway. Im very glad I did. I have had literally zero issues. The app itself is very easy to navigate. The odds are great. Easy to deposit. When you bet on a player prop, you get paid out as soon as the bet hits, instead of having to wait until the end of the game. The thing I’m most impressed with is the withdrawal. I deposited with my debit card, and chose to withdraw back to the card. The withdrawals are instant, and I mean instant. Request received, withdrawal approved, and deposited into my bank account In less than a minute. I highly recommend this Sportsbook.

Locked my account with over $460 in open bets

My account got suspended after they said they needed me to verify 4 of my deposit methods so I had to send them pictures of all four of my debit/credit cards i’ve used to deposit with, so I did alongside a picture of my ID and a current bank statement. Four days later my account is still locked because they’re asking for verification of a card i've never even owned. They claim it was through Apple Pay, so i go and look what cards are in my apple wallet, lo and behold not a single card of mine ends in the last four digits they’re asking for. So now i’m stuck with the most awful, terrible customer support, and i mean this customer support i’ve gotten from them is among the worst i’ve ever dealt with. They have helped me absolutely none and they email you once every 24 hours if you’re lucky, I put a request in for a call and nothing there either four days later. So now i’m stuck with over $460 in open bets today with an account i haven’t been able to get into for going on five days now with only a handful of helpless, what seems like purely automated responses that do not even reply to what you’re asking them. So since something is messed up on their end I get screwed out of hundreds of dollars so be very weary of this book. I use 20+ different books and have never had anything like this occur.

Awful Customer Service

My account got suspended on November 15th for “using a debit card already on file with another account”. The card in question is my debit card with my name attached to it. I figured yeah maybe since I withdrew and deposited so close together to take advantage of a deposit bonus that I may have confused the system and I’ll get it fixed quickly. November 18th I receive an email on the steps to take to take to get the account back. It’s now November 29th and I haven’t received any further information on what’s going on. So, the only information I’ve received is a generic email stating the steps to take to get the issue fixed with no further updates. I would potentially understand the situation if I wasn’t familiar with other sportsbooks. For example, I had a similar issue with Caesar’s Sportsbook. It took them hours to fix the issue and I received multiple emails from them guiding me through the process and ensuring the proper steps were taken. The only communication you can have with customer support for fanatics is a chat bot that continually loops stating the same phrases and providing no additional help from there. I liked using Fanatics, it has great rewards, but with the complete lack of customer service when/if this is resolved I plan to withdraw my money and take it elsewhere.

You’d expect more from Fanatics

App glitches constantly, log out/log in, delete/redownload, yet app still displaying Q1 of a game that is at halftime and you can’t bet it. Customer Service is trash. They turn off live help (assumedly cause so many tech glitches), so you email support and get a response in 48 hours, which is zero help to the issue(s) from 2 days ago. Best part is customer service response is some canned response that doesn’t address the issue at hand. Really an awful experience. 0 for 4 getting someone to look at my issue(s). Sure earning discount (FanCash) on gear is nice, but all betting sites give you something. FanDuel has much better customer service. I’d recommend playing there. Update: Fanatics reached out to this review and said ‘email Stacy’. Well that was over a month ago and no response (checked junk folder too). Only reason I’m back here to respond is I’m getting emails saying my account updated. Uh, haven’t used the site in a month. I sent a note about that, guess what?? Some canned response about ‘how to turn on/off notifications’. Not sure why that would be helpful if my account is being hacked/accessed inappropriately? So now along with a terrible user experience, I have to worry about my personal information/banking information being stolen.

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!

It doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!!!! Wow - where to begin…. After switching from Poontsbet, I was super excited, for about a day. I’ve had a week of communication going on with a rep, Fiona, caught in multiple lies, promised me promotions when I’d deposit more money- I did- they magically they were gone- I actually had her confirm the promo was valid twice before that deposit, which she did, then immediately blamed me and took zero responsibility when called out.

You get a “promo page” HAHA! this shows I get two free profit boosts a day. Well, after my contacting Fiona they have magically disappeared. I no longer receive any profit boosts when other people I know get two daily and never have deposited a single penny. That’s right false advertising. Contacted another rep- her explanation was the dumbest response I’ve ever heard. Literally blaming me, and basically saying I can’t read lol. Biggest waste of my time and biggest waste of my life. I want points bet back, but they gone- and this is not the option for anyone! Bets take 100 years to settle, their reps are absolutely worthless and better sportboooks are out there! Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT join this joke of a service. You do not belong in this industry - look forward to your watching you crumble!!!

Be careful of this app

I’m changing my rating to 5 stars so people can read and know NEVER SPEND A DIME HERE
This app is and its help center do not provide support for you if you make a withdrawal it will take them DAYS to approve the funds coming back to your account. They do not answer emails and falsely claim they have 24/7 day a week support through chat. By far this is the worst betting app I have quite honestly used. Frankly I’m shocked at the lack of communication and overall ability to speak to anyone. Automated responses DO NOT qualify as 24 hour support. Stacy is not a real person or must never reply to emails. For the sake of all that is holly do not use this app. They should remove it this is the 4 th day of me not getting my withdrawal. No clear response and as a number of people have stated it takes days for them to respond. Also it is true they will lock your account with YOUR money still on the account.

Limited in 3 Days

So I signed up for Fanatics during the 10 X $100 bonus bet promo. I placed a few bets on the platform over the next few days to the total of roughly $1000 total in wagers. During this time I was down about $100 which is fine, you win some you lose some. But apparently this gets the trading team to limit your bet sizing for future bets down to $10 a bet. I reached out to customer support via chat (which also disconnects if you want to use your phone for any other purpose while waiting I learned) and they explained that the trading team limited me, didn’t or I should say couldn’t explain why. The kicker is that all of the $100 bonus bets I got are now useless because of course I can only bet $10 max. So yeah, feels like I got scammed from the promo and it feels like Fanatics just doesn’t want me as a customer. I’ve had the same bet sizing of around $100 as my standard bet size over on DK, FD, BetMGM, ESPNBet, and Caesars for years without any issues so I’d just recommend going over there for now cause they don’t just limit you on day 3 for placing bets on their platform and I can confirm their promos are honestly redeemable.

Customer Service is Non Existent

Was a big fan after my my first experience, until I faced an account issue.

I joined to see how the new platform was and enjoyed after placing first bet and winning. The bet settled as soon as the player prop in the game hit instead of making me wait until the game was completely over which most other apps don’t allow. Thought very cool, maybe I’ll consider keeping an eye on promotions and what what not in the future.

When I went to cash out my winnings, it notified me that the withdraw was declined and the funds were returned to my account. I then went to login to double check myself on the withdraw when the app began to say incorrect login credentials. I changed the password and went to log back in, it then notified me that my account was locked and to contact customer support through their chat option, which then notified me that they were working through emails and a case was opened. I have heard nothing since, I’ve emailed the confirmation email to try and get a response and continue to get no answer.

Tough to fix any issues when you can’t get an answer from anyone and their chat option isn’t even built enough to send you in an endless loop of questions.

End of the day, seems like they weren’t ready for release and don’t have the staff or support to handle the fallout

I was screwed out of 200$

I made my account for the 10 day promotion. I was suspended for days 4-8 with no thorough explanation just broad non descriptive emails. I then got my account back after sending over 15 emails. I got it back and tried making bets. I used 2 100$ bonus bets which I received after getting the account back. When trying to place an error came up and they disappeared. Ive spoke to numerous live agents and all of them told me theres nothing they can do. They could see the "bets" in my account while i had nothing on my end. Again the only response was tough luck. Eventually they gave me a 15$ bet as an apology and nothing else. After reaching out numerous times since Ive simply been ignored. I heavily recommend anyone use literally any other gambling app. Im a degenerate and it takes an absolute lot to get me to even make a review. Fanatics is hands down the worst app when it comes to user help . The UI is great but this sportsbook does not care about its users one bit. Every other sportsbook/casino has better support/consistent offers.

SCAM ARTIST

This app is a giant scam. I originally signed up because they were doing a sign on promotion bet $20 get $200 fancash. I successfully placed my bet and got the $200 fancash. What was not mentioned anywhere on the app was that once you convert your fancash to bonus bets you have to bet the whole amount. You cannot split it up like you can on other apps. I thought maybe I missed something but I even went into the fine print and found nothing saying this. I contacted customer support asking if it is possible to revert the transaction since i had not placed a bet with bonus. They never got back to me and the bonus bets were about to expire so like any rational person would I used it before they were gone for good. It was not until after me bet had settled that customer support decided to respond to my initial message saying that “since i had placed a bet there was nothing they can do.” I EMAILED YOU ALL DAYS BEFORE I PLACED THAT BET AND WAITED TILL THE LAST MINUTE TO PLACE IT SO YOU ALL COULD GET BACK TO ME AND AVOID THIS WHOLE SITUATION. Moral of the story. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!
