disappointed
this isn’t at all what i wanted from this app. i wanted to be able, coming from a strict family, have the capability to view posts and media from stray kids, because i don’t have access anywhere else. so i create an account and go through all that trouble to just learn that if i want to view certain posts i need to be part of some fan club? i don’t have the money to pay for a whole ticket or whatever i need and the fact that LITERALLY everything needs that membership is genuinely infuriating. so far the only post i’ve been able to look at was something from a yr ago posted by han translating to “bob mura” either that’s a translation error or bro was on smth but either way i’m disappointed. bubble is better than this, at least i can actually see what they say for 4 dollars for one person.

Decent but Needs Major Work
This app was supposed to be an alternative for Bubble but the app is very janky. To access most of the in app features you have to buy the fan club membership on a separate, unaffiliated website to access perks like making posts and interacting with members postings.
This app is also heavily censoring fans content which is ironic when the same issue happened in bubble and the company never had the same response. Members were being bullied and no one was removed nor large announcements made about said bullying and harassment.

Censorship & Discouraging Fans of Artists
This app is supposed to be a place where artists can connect with fans. However, it’s become a place where fans are censored and their genuine concerns are treated as “hate” or “criticism towards the artist”. You have never protected your artists when they genuinely needed it, yet when fans express their concerns and tell the company to do better at choosing who their artists work with, this is your response? To silence fans? Do you not realize that you are turning away newer fans by allowing this to happen, and causing older fans to leave? This issue is not going away. Trying to silence us will not work. Do better. Address the issue before you make it even worse for yourselves (the company) and for the artist. If you care about Stray Kids reputation, then you need to own up to your mistakes and make a statement. This is not going away.
