Needs an update
I can never log into my app to make appointments. I love that I can see the services, the stylists available but when I go through the process to book it never works. I go reset my password with no success. It’s kind of annoying. Then I have to go in and hope there is someone available thankfully my local FS is not busy and usually I get in because of my awesome stylist she squeezes my girls in because I only just want a wash.
And there is no way to book a wash only service on the app???
Not even a shell
This reminds me of apps from when the iPhone first released. No one knew what to do with their apps, but they knew they _needed_ to have one, so they just ran a shell that loaded their own website into a browser inside the app. This isn’t even that functional. Everything it needs to do, it launches a browser window. Save the space on your phone and just use the FS website.
Easy to use
I guess this friends on your store location. Because I f d this app very easy to use. I love that I have this option to book online.
