I can never log into my app to make appointments. I love that I can see the services, the stylists available but when I go through the process to book it never works. I go reset my password with no success. It’s kind of annoying. Then I have to go in and hope there is someone available thankfully my local FS is not busy and usually I get in because of my awesome stylist she squeezes my girls in because I only just want a wash. And there is no way to book a wash only service on the app???

It needs an update I have created a new account be used my old one which was working fine up until March this year!!! I just tried to log on with the correct e-mail and password. It didn’t accept it!!!! I’m trying change a hair cut appointment, it’s a little hard when I can’t due to the app not working!!!!

I have been a Fantastic Sam’s customer for 6 years and used the previous app to book all my appointments and my sisters appointments. It was great. This new version is totally useless. YOU CANNOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT! There is absolutely no way to schedule , no add button, no calendar, no list of stylist to choose from. It’s a total disaster. You cannot interact with this app. It’s only pictures. What a waste!

I guess this friends on your store location. Because I f d this app very easy to use. I love that I have this option to book online.

App does not provide many features. All buttons accept make any appointment lead to white screen. No support in app, app support link in App Store is Page Not FoundI am not able to change my address and can not find support, directions or how to create a new account in the app

I had a very knowledgeable hair stylist, Claudia who did a retouch on my hair. I am very pleased with her and the product she used to color my hair! My hair did not stink of cheep hair color and feels very soft! Thank you Claudia!!
