Where is app support?
The app had worked well until recently when I saw that I had not gotten my rewards. I have tried to straighten out the problem via app support, which was a joke, and the restaurant, which didn’t know what to do. Farm Burger doesn’t have a customer service number and I haven’t gotten any response to email inquiries.
Helps me remember.
Have you ever turned to your friend or wife and asked, “what do you want to eat?”
This app solves that! I look at my phone and between games and emails I see the app. I think “mmmmmm Farm Burger”
The discounts are really nice too.
Usually amazing . .
I miss yummy meals from Farm Burger. I get it. Its been hard - maybe with all the quarantine debacles. It seems quality in cooking has reduced. Maybe it’s stress and timing? What hasn’t reduced is the quality of personal relations. Employees are kind and clearly care. So, I don’t know why my burger seems drier or fries floppy and not so crispy. I’ll keep ordering. Cause we all have off days and I wouldn’t want someone to write me off because of my off day(s).
