Great, until it wasn’t
Currently, every time I try to open the app I’m met with a white screen. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app four times to no avail. All other apps on my phone properly work, so now I’m confused and frustrated as to why this will not work.
Logs me out and locks me out.
If I don’t use the app often it logs me out and locks me out. Inline verify is hard locked, Requiring a phone call to the main office with a 50% success rate of getting password enabled.
Only to have the problem repeat itself in the near future.
Im about ready to switch banks.

We are sorry that you continue to get locked out. The system will log you off after 20 minutes of inactivity; however, it should not lock you out.
