When are you going to update the levels. I have been playing this game for at lease 3 years. I am at level 95,which is the highest you can go. I am starting to feel this game is a waste of my time. Because I have been at the level for a year or more. I sure progressed to levels in the 100’s. When are going to update. Thinking about stop playing

I have lost loading ability at least 20 times in the last year. I troubleshoot and nothing. I contacted the company several times and nothing. I spent a lot of time and MONEY on this game. I can’t even retrieve my gems that are just sitting somewhere. Before my Chat disappeared on this new tiny island my chat says they see my REAL island but it keeps starting me from scratch. If there is no progress in the next week. I quit

I love this game, but every time when there’s a new event, it just forces me to do it. No X button, no skip option… it just makes me do the dang tutorial for the stupid event and I have absolutely no interest in doing it. Very annoying, and event items take up so much space in my boathouse inventory that I do not have enough room to store any more island goods. Please stop forcing us to do events if we don’t want to participate in them! 😠
