Refund please

When I opened the app it was confusing, however i tried playing around with it but it was to confusing for a beginner like me. It froze up so I closed it for it not to open back up. When I was in it the first time I could not change the color of the shirt and i wasnt able to find font sizes as well as text box so I could start working on my shirt. Would like to get my money back please.

So confusing. Very hard to understand

I want my money back. This app is so confusing and hard to manage by a beginner that is not worth the money. No images on the template you are paying 9.99 for nothing

I bought this app cause it was what i needed for my designing only for it to not open for like a WEEK!!! of purchase and my mac is an OS X 10.8 Please you either refund my money back or solve this issue ASAP!!!!!!
