Refund please

When I opened the app it was confusing, however i tried playing around with it but it was to confusing for a beginner like me. It froze up so I closed it for it not to open back up. When I was in it the first time I could not change the color of the shirt and i wasnt able to find font sizes as well as text box so I could start working on my shirt. Would like to get my money back please.

Thank you for writing a review. Every app is confusing when you start first time and when you don't know how to use it. After learning it, you will be familiar with it. Please can you watch video tutorials on our web site.

So confusing. Very hard to understand

I want my money back. This app is so confusing and hard to manage by a beginner that is not worth the money. No images on the template you are paying 9.99 for nothing

I bought this app cause it was what i needed for my designing only for it to not open for like a WEEK!!! of purchase and my mac is an OS X 10.8 Please you either refund my money back or solve this issue ASAP!!!!!!
