I haven’t put in an order yet, but can you guys please make it to where you can swipe to delete products in your cart instead of manually having to change each quantity to zero just to delete it. Also have a favorites/“saved for later” option for the things you will get later instead of having to remove from cart and end-up having to find the product all over again .

I honestly wish I could upload screenshots to show you all how customer service is handling this current issue I’m dealing with. So, I ordered my items in January and receive d a month or so later. I realized they sent me the right style of sandals but the wrong color. I order gold they sent silver. I reached out to customer service March 6,2023 and showed them pictures of what I ordered vs what I received. She stated, “ The gold sandals were turned into silver due to the negligence of the order operation center staff.” She offered a coupon for my next order but I told her I didn’t plan on using their platform again, and that I would much rather return the items and be refunded. She told me I would get a partial refund and here it is April 4,2023 and I have yet to receive anything. I’ve been communicating back and forth with this lady and now she tells me that “ I’m pretty sure the refund has been deposited.” I checked my bank transactions for all of March and nothing. “Pretty sure” is not a definite and they can’t even give me a date that it was allegedly refunded smh. NEVER AGAIN will I use them.

We are sorry this has caused you problems. However, it should be noted that all refunds of orders, once issued by the finance department, can only be processed by the bank where the guest paid. Under normal bank processing procedures, refunds will normally be returned to the payment account within 5-10 days of being issued. We cannot determine the exact time for the refund to arrive, this is up to your bank.
If you think you have not received your refund, you can ask your account manager and she will provide you with the bank's processing ARN number so you can confirm with your bank. Also, you need to confirm that the status of your payment card is in order, as this relates to whether the bank will return the refund to your account as per.
In addition, we will be able to deal with any problems encountered in the business in a timely manner through proper negotiation, and the protection of our customers' interests is our priority. Long-term business is what we both want.

Shipping is a joke

They shipping is the worst of any company we do business with in China. The amount of time it takes from products to get to your hand is never within guideline (even with fastest shipping it has been over 3- 4 weeks each time), there is ALWAYS shortage that take another month for the shortage to show up. If pictures were allowed I would show you the timeline of each shipping. We work with 4 large organizations in China and they are the only one who delays as much as they do with a guaranteed shortage. They may just be too big for their own good.

And the response they can’t match the review with name 😂 worse than the response from the “developer” granted I have been doing business with you for over 2 years with same name!
