This APP is great, it makes weight loss easy to do and helps me keep track of when I’m fasting and how much water I’m drinking. It’s simplicity makes it the best app. Although I just tried the 16:8 program for beginners, It's been three weeks now and I've dropped from 190 to 160 pounds. This is amazing!
