Besides, if they found that their menstrual cycle is disrupted then they can switch from their current intermittent fasting plan to the 14:10 Crescendo intermittent fasting plan.

In the crescendo intermittent fasting plan instead of fasting daily, they will fast on 2 or 3 non-consecutive days per week. For example Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. When their period ends then they can switch back to their previous intermittent fasting plan and by following the given pattern they can continue their intermittent fasting journey without affecting their menstrual cycle until they achieve their target weight.

Just downloaded will update after I’ve used it for awhile

I’m super excited to try this app. The initial setup was easy. My one frustration through the initial setup is that it won’t let me select more than 9 days for a period and less than 24 days for my menstrual cycle. I have PCOS and I tend to have my periods last for 12 days one month then the next month it might only be 8 days but I will have it twice in the month like 8 days on, 8 days off and then it will repeat. I will see how it goes once I’m actually using it and inputting my period in real time.

I love that it has reminders to drink water because as a work from home mom I do tend to forget about myself sometimes.

Perfect for beginners or experts and easy to use!

Wow! I love this app. For someone like me who is new to fasting this app had everything I needed to get started and set me up for success. The helpful articles and Hydration Reminders were just a bonus! I am the worst about drinking water and this app kept me accountable. Fasting is not a one size fits all for everyone, but this intermittent fasting app gave me the freedom and choice to choose different schedules that fit my lifestyle and experience level. It is straightforward and easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone whether you are a beginner or an expert! I could even delete two other apps on my phone since this one had everything I needed in one.

Love the app!! I enjoyed the messages that pop up and link to articles. I read through quite a few of those articles over the past few days. Fabulous information and keeps your mind straight on focused on the fasting. I even liked the recipe links included. Looking forward to how they will expand the app!!!
