Fast and functional but missing key feature

This might be the only mail app i’ve ever used that doesn’t have the “view all accounts” feature. Even the native mail app on iphone has that feature to monitor several accounts at once. It’s a real bummer, because of that, I can’t use this app . The advantage of this app is very fast notification when emails come through so what I’m doing now is configured my emails on both Outlook iPhone App and Fastmail then I disabled notifications for Outlook App so I only get notified once. This gives me the best of both world although it begs the question should I just be on office 365 then since exchange notifications would be just as fast.

If fastmail app can integrate monitor all accounts feature, then I would easily recommend this service to everyone for simplicity and speed without needing third party apps.

Great app; excellent service

I’ve been a fastmail user for about 2 years now. I migrated from gmail, outlook, and protonmail. I imported all of these into fastmail. The tags system works well for organization, and it is intuitive and well designed in both the iOS app and web app on my computers. The integration with 1password is fabulous. The recent updates to search function is great, and I integrated my own .net domain about a year ago very easily with the domain wizard + adding a few of my own records. I would pay at least triple what I pay for now, and myself and my spouse love the service. Also, the 2 times I have worked with support over an issue with SMTP forwarding and a tricky DNS situation with my domain, I worked with a real person who provided quick feedback and escalated to an engineer who was also quick to help. Amazing and very rare with a *aaS company to also provide high quality technical support.

My only missing feature is better offline email reading. I wish the iOS app cached more e-mail data so I can read on airplanes or places with cell or wi-fi coverage.

Great redesign and service

I’m a happy Fastmail user, and have used Gmail, Office365, Yahoo Mail, and a self-hosted solution in the past to handle my email. Out of all the options, Fastmail made the most sense, even after paying their reasonable fees. Haven’t had more than maybe a hour worth of downtime, and their support is actually useful. Their product is great and is not only super fast, but also secure. I’ve done a great deal of research into their backend/operations, and they are dedicated to security in a multitude of ways, and interested in the “next wave” of technologies for email. The only suggestion I have is for integration for iOS sharing (ex: If I want to share a PDF I first have to save to iCloud then upload that document from iCloud manually into email, whereas with Gmail you can use the sharing extension with one tap).

Edit: They added iOS Sharing!!! Yay!!!

Only last suggestion: add dark mode for iOS 13??
