I have been using this app for about two months now and have seen a drastic reduction of pain in my knees and an overall improvement in terms of post-training soreness and recovery. The app is phenomenal and includes videos and a timer for each exercise so that no previous knowledge is required. Each time you open the app, you take a brief survey to determine your individual needs for static and active stretching, recovery and training techniques. You can also track your workouts and see over trends in pain and recovery over time. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
Targeted recovery that’s helpful and super easy to use!
Fathom gives me extra incentive to recover properly - something that I normally write off. Seeing the Fathom notification on my phone has been super helpful and reminds me that recovery is a huge and important part of training. And the advice has been great! I love that I can target specific muscles based on how my body actually feels!
