Kensie ,

Favor completely changed my life!

After struggling with hormonal acne for many years, I decided it was time to go on birth control. I contacted Favor and they were prompt about getting me assessed and getting me the care I needed. Like many others, the first prescription I took wasn’t right for me. They worked with my concerns and helped me get on Nikki, which has not only completely cleared up my acne (I seriously get maybe 2 pimples A MONTH now), but it’s helped me with the heavy bleeding I used to get on my cycle. Due to other medical issues that hit me financially, I had to swap my prescription out to my pharmacy a few months ago. Sadly, they didn’t have my preferred brand so they gave me a generic and my body went completely berserk with heavy bleeding, cramps, and horrible PMS all the time. I contacted Favor to swap back, as I’d rather pay out of pocket than suffer like that again, and they had my prescription out to me within 4 days, in comparison to a competing brand that ghosted me for 10+ days and then told me it would take another 7 to get me the medicine I was already out of.

Favor, you ROCK! Thanks for changing womens lives for the better. ❤️

I’m not sure if my review is really going to matter but if you were to actually read this, it’s amazing, do it!! I haven’t tried any of the other birth control subscriptions services out there, but I also don’t want to after using favor (the pill club). They send you a couple little goodies every month along with your birth control usually like a sticker regarding womens health, a drink mix that’s good for you, and a piece of dark chocolate, which helps with periods actually! Right now I’m currently drinking a drink packet they sent called LiquidIV and it tastes good, and has healthy benefits to it! Idk girl, get it!!!

Good until it’s not

I’ve had this service for a little over a year and it was great! Until i had to renew my prescription. First they told me my insurance doesn’t cover the ring. Okay, cool. So I decide to stick with the pill and they gave me the option of skipping periods. Then a week later i get an SMS text saying my insurance doesn’t cover pills that allow me to skip my period. Again it wasn’t that big of a deal. So when it comes time for my prescription to get delivered, it never does. So i had to contact customer support to find out what was going on, and they told me to contact USPS. I contacted USPS and they told me it got returned to sender because the label was damaged, and to contact the sender to request a reshipment. So i tried to contact support for favor with the update via the SMS number (which i’ve been using up until now) and they just send me the same message telling me to contact USPS. I tried emailing customer support instead and they just told me to contact support via the SMS number. It’s been over a week since my package was supposed to be delivered. It’s nothing but circles and i’m still without the birth control i’m paying for.
