RIDER DASHBOARD:

- Nutze das Live Rider Dashboard während der Fahrt und behalte alle wichtigen Fahrdaten im Blick
- Zeigt dir live Motor Power, Rider Power, Batteriestand, Geschwindigkeit und die aktuelle Kadenz an
- Zeichne bei Bedarf die zurückgelegte Distanz, Dauer der Fahrt, verbrannte Kalorien und Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit auf.

CUSTOMIZER:

- Kreiere dein persönliches Fahrerlebnis und ändere die Support-Modi-Einstellungen nach deinen individuellen Anforderungen und Bedürfnissen.
- Beantworte einfache Fragen zu deiner Person (z. B. Fitnesslevel) und wie du mit deinem E-Bike fahren möchtest (z. B. in den Bergen). Dadurch werden die drei Unterstützungsmodi Breeze, River und Rocket nach bestimmten Parametern modifiziert.
- Speichere deine Einstellungen in so vielen Support-Profilen wie du möchtest und gib ihnen eigene Titel, Beschreibungen und Profilbilder.
- Natürlich kannst du als Experte die Einstellungen deines Profils verfeinern. Jeder Parameter ist auf einfache Weise auch nachträglich genau einstellbar.
- Alle deine Profile werden in der FAZUA App gespeichert - du kannst jederzeit darauf zugreifen und das richtige für deine nächste Fahrt auswählen.

I Like This App, It Does Everything I Need It To Do

Just downloaded this app today. And so far I am very happy with it. Bluetooth connectivity seems to work fine with this version. The app allows me to customize the output for the 3 different power modes. And just as important, the system details screen displays firmware, distance travelled, and most importantly, it displays the number of charging cycles and maximum battery capacity. The app provides more information, like battery health, than the Fazua program running on my computer. All without having to connect the drivepack to my computer using a USB cable. So, if you have a Fazua powered e-bike, I highly recommend getting this app.

Bluetooth still doesn’t work

If you can’t connect to the bike…if the app and the phone can’t see the bike….the app is worthless. Needs a firmware and iOS update. Oh, that would require bluetooth. Luckily you can connect to a computer via USB C. But no updates for the Fazua 60. Companies should not release these half baked pieces of sh.. t and expect their users to suffer through their learning curve.

Addendum: Turns out all of the Pivot Shuttles in. North America shipped with the wrong passcode pasted to the bike. The correct code is 123456. With this code I could get into the app and connect to the bike. The app itself is pretty basic. There are other issues with the bike due the fact it shipped with the wrong firmware. 15 mph speed limit, erratic support at low cadence, erratic support for distance ridden through the app. All in all everything seems rushed and sloppy.

The app either won’t connect or when it does it keeps disconnecting

I have only been able to get the app to stay connected one time on my iPhone 15 pro max!! Very frustrating. Went to see the head e-bike tech at Mikes bikes and he couldn’t figure out why the app was so unstable. The only way I can get the app to work for 1 ride on my new Pivot Shuttle SL is to forget app in Bluetooth and re search for it. Bottom line the app is Not ready for prime time. If anyone has ideas on how to fix please respond.
