Real-time mobile access to FCMB accounts is now possible, with FCMBOnline App, available in the App Store.

With FCMBOnline, customers can check their account balances and transfer funds directly from their mobile devices. The App enables transfers within FCMB accounts as well as to any other bank account in Nigeria. Other features of the FCMBOnline App are bill payments (such as Cable Network, Electricity Distribution Company Bills, Airtime Post Paid bills and Internet Data Services bills), and airtime top up recharge purchase for self and third parties.

Customers will enjoy the same features and functions offered by our Retail Internet Banking, in a very convenient manner: customers can use their existing internet banking credentials to access the App, thereby giving them a unique experience across both channels.

Another unique feature of FCMBOnline is the branch locator. The App will help users locate the closest FCMB branch via the Map.

FCMBOnline is very secure. In addition to the private log in credentials required to access the App, a transaction password is requested to validate any mobile transaction. To guide against unauthorized access to customer’s account, it is important to protect bank details securely. In case the password has been compromised, we urge customers to promptly contact us. Please note that the bank will never request for your password.

Activating the App only requires Username, Account Number and a Registration Code that will be sent to the registered phone number after the first authentication stage. For existing FCMB Internet Banking users, only the Username and Password are required.

Transaction receipt

Please transaction receipt is necessary for transfers made on the app. Kindly make this available during the next update so that when transactions are made on the app, a receipt is generated for confirmation of payment. Thanks for the good work.

Transaction history

Pls this should be fixed , each time a transaction is made customers should be able to check for transaction history though it on the app but doesn’t give details at all , it should state the account number of the receiver , amount and other necessary info just incase ones needs to send a confirmation to the receiver ... hope you guys look into this ...
