Just what I needed!
The most hassle-free way to make a food journal. Tracking calories or “points” was always too tedious for me. Snapping a photo is so quick and the visual journal is so helpful! I thought I was good at eating my veggies, but a quick scroll shows otherwise. It’s also helped me stop grazing as much because the act of putting it on a plate and taking a picture makes me realize I shouldn’t be eating it anyway. Thanks for the creative app to help me be more mindful about nutrition!

An app that’s meant for foodies and those that want to track what they eat. We all know what it’s like to be self conscious of over flooding your social media with pics of food given not everyone is into that kind of stuff. No excuse here :)
Good option mindful eating
This is a great app if your someone who likes to keep track of what your eating visually. It’s nice to see what others are eating and also makes you aware of your own eating patterns. Hope there’s more advancements to come :)
