Picture based food tracking is more intuitive. Feast will make it easier for you to eat healthier, lose weight and keep it off for the long run - without the drudgery of calorie counting.

* How Feast is different from all the others

Food tracking is an effective tool in losing weight and keeping it off. But a major problem with existing food tracking apps is that they're tedious and boring. The result? Many people lose the motivation after the initial few weeks of excitement.

Instead of flustering users with loads of numbers and data, Feast asks you to simply take a picture of what’s on your plate. Feast will present your eating history to you in a way that your mind can easily process -- by showing you pictures of what you’ve been eating.

As you look back on your food history, you’ll notice patterns that you might not have been aware of. And this growing mindfulness will nudge you to naturally improve your eating habit, without feeling outside pressure.

Stop counting calories and start feasting instead!

* How Feast Works

Stop and savor the moment:

To get started, take pictures of everything you eat and drink throughout the day. Pausing for a moment to take a photo of your meal will also give you that extra boost of willpower to say no to choices you might regret.

Awareness fuels motivation:

As you look back on what you’ve eaten - whether it be in the past few days or weeks – you may notice patterns that you weren’t aware of. And this growing mindfulness will nudge you to naturally improve your eating habit, without feeling outside pressure.

Join a community of food lovers:

Upon joining Feast, you’ll have access to the Feast community that provides the inspiration and support you need to continue eating well for the long run.

Additional Features:

- Import and export your step counts and weight measurement to and from the Apple Health app.
- Built-in AI assistant makes food entry quicker to save you time.

Just what I needed!

The most hassle-free way to make a food journal. Tracking calories or “points” was always too tedious for me. Snapping a photo is so quick and the visual journal is so helpful! I thought I was good at eating my veggies, but a quick scroll shows otherwise. It’s also helped me stop grazing as much because the act of putting it on a plate and taking a picture makes me realize I shouldn’t be eating it anyway. Thanks for the creative app to help me be more mindful about nutrition!

This is what I’ve been waiting for!

An app that’s meant for foodies and those that want to track what they eat. We all know what it’s like to be self conscious of over flooding your social media with pics of food given not everyone is into that kind of stuff. No excuse here :)

Camera malfunctions daily

The point of this app is to document everything you eat by taking a photo. While this app is not very helpful if the camera function breaks on a daily basis and it won’t actually capture a photo when you hit the shutter. Also, I don’t find it too inspirational to eat healthy when you see that people are drinking plastic bottles of protein drinks that have more sugar than protein, or people claim that they’re trying to eat healthier when they’re just eating jellybeans and cake. It’s actually quite anti-inspirational.
