FEATURE - All Things Good 4+

This app is really user friendly and easy to use. The ease of finding product is really quite nice. The one change I would like to see is when you put in for draws on the releases tab it would be nice if it told you that you have been registered for the draw, would be very nice to see this in the app. Other than that definantly the bomb! Thanks Feature!

I like the variety of products and the quality. I also like the access to enter raffles for upcoming drops. The only downside is enter raffle and the low chance of winning. It there was a way to gain extra entry’s or something that would make raffle a move better experience.
The unknowing after entering a raffle, if you won or not to. You never know if you won. I have never won so I don’t know what to look for if you get an email or not. But I do know if you don’t win, you don’t get any info that you lost. You just have to check you bank account if any charges were made.

We purchased a product from this company. We paid for the product. The product arrived damaged. When we first reached out to their customer service they didn’t even respond. Then, when we reached out again they responded, but stated that we couldn’t return the product for a replacement. However, they would allow us to return it for 10% of the total cost. The item cost about $150 and that we could return it for $15, which is theft in my opinion. This entire transaction was outrageous, and I will never do business with this company ever again. I recommend purchasing products from a reputable company that allows returns when things arrive damaged.
