Intentional happiness

I am really suprised how effective these simple little exercises are. I underestimated how powerful this could really be. I have tried other things like this intended to train your brain and it has never been as effective as this. I have been going through a difficult trial and this app has helped me stay afloat emotionally. In fact, better than just keeping my head about water. It has helped me feel happy during a really stressful time in my life. I think this is put together really well. One of my favorite apps. Love that there is no guilt if you don't complete a challenge. Just start over with a new one. My journal is filled with happy entries because of this app. Worth the $10 for activities. These are all things I already know, but helps me have an organized format to practice them. You won't be sorry.

I've already felt a positive shift in my life.

I stumbled upon the book "The 7 Core Skills of Everyday Happiness" on Kindle and subsequently found this app. I love both the book and the app. The idea that happiness is a skill is incredibly liberating- I have the power to change my habits and be happy, it's not dependent on external circumstances. Going through the exercises helps me to not only have a much better outlook on life, it also helps me to be more proactive and less reactive to what happens throughout the day. Thank you for the time and energy spent creating this wonderful program.

Deliberate happiness

I'm very impressed with this app. It's good to have something that can help me 'live deliberately' as pertains to happiness. The activities are easy, and the competitive, goal setting, box checking me that doesn't exist ANYWHERE actually surfaces with these activities. Highly recommend.
