No wonder I went to Chewy
I am constantly redoing the same steps. 35% off first app order would be great if I could get it going. I buy in store when I forget to order from chewy however my rewards only seem to show up in store not online. This app constantly buffers when none of my others do.
Easy to use
Found the app to be easy to use. Nice search functionality.
Too Bad
I’d love for this app to work, it simply doesn’t. Trying to set up a recurring order and can’t even locate their store brand food via the search. When I do find it, the add to cart button doesn’t work. It’s terribly slow. The navigation buttons don’t function. Growing pains? Their website is pretty clunky too.
